A wine tasting visit and tour specialising in the history of wine making here at Troussay and in the Sologne region. Available on demand for groups of 20 plus.
You will be shown around our museum of agriculture and wine making history as well as being given a tour of Troussay’s 500-year-old vines. This is followed by a guided tour of the castle, and finished off with a wine tasting in the 17th century barn which houses our historic wine press. Troussay’s Cour Cheverny and Cheverny wines are pared with local cheeses and explained to you by Philippe Tessier, bio wine cultivator born here at Troussay.
